POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join KWHP as Real Estate Sales Representatives. This role is well-suited for individuals with a background in sales, business development, or client services who are looking to transition into a high-earning, entrepreneurial career in real estate. A Kansas real estate license is preferred but not required to apply. Candidates without a license are encouraged to apply and will have access to KSCORE, Keller Williams' no-cost, fully digital pre-licensing program, to complete their licensure prior to beginning production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect for and develop relationships with potential buyer and seller clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Conduct consultations, property showings, and listing appointments in the Wichita metro area
  • Prepare and present comparative market analyses and property valuations
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients through closing
  • Manage client relationships and pipeline activity using KW Command CRM
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication throughout the transaction process
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role preferred
  • Active Kansas real estate license, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
  • Proficiency with technology and digital communication tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:
