ABOUT THE ROLE
Keller Williams Hometown Partners is hiring a Real Estate Agent to join our team. This isn't just a seat at a brokerage — you'll have the support of an established team behind you while you build your own client base and income. As a team agent at KWHP, you'll plug into proven systems, shared resources, and experienced leadership from day one. Whether you're brand new to real estate or making a move from another brokerage, we give you the structure to grow faster than you would on your own. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role with no cap on what you can earn.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout Wichita
- Generate and convert leads using team systems, KW Command, and your own sphere of influence
- Collaborate with team leadership on listings, showings, and client communication
- Participate in team meetings, office training, and KWHP events
- Build your personal brand and pipeline with the support of team marketing resources
- Work toward your own production goals within a collaborative, team-first environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Kansas real estate license (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing)
- Motivated, coachable, and ready to put in the work
- Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help clients
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media
- No prior sales experience required — we train from the ground up
