Job Description:

Terrific opportunity for an individual ready to move ahead in a great career! This growing property management company offers a positive and comfortable working environment. Company is seeking a full-time seasonal residential leasing agent for our apartment communities located in Georgetown, Kentucky . Must have basic customer service experience and capable of multi-tasking & work independently. Leasing experience a plus. If you have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, positive attitude and basic customer service skills and seeking an opportunity and challenge with a great company, look no further! Position is strongly based on sales and customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Following up on leads, renting apartments, and advertising. Responsible for customer service to all tenants.

Office duties include:

Emails, follow up phone calls, assisting Property Manager. Overtime if needed Leasing experience a plus. Must have some sort of sales or customer service experience, must be knowledgeable with Gmail and all Microsoft programs, reliable a must, team player, bubbly personality, organized etc. Starting at $20.00 per hour based on experience.
