Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Professionals to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with prospective customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will help you build lasting customer relationships and contribute to our dealership's growth. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, emphasizing high-end sales opportunities and upselling techniques Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Develop strong customer relationships through excellent service, bilingual communication skills, and public speaking abilities when presenting vehicles Experience Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles is preferred, but not required - we will provide the training Strong background in outside sales or outbound sales activities Skilled in negotiation, deal closing, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency for calculating deals and margins Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Prior dealership experience, especially in automotive sales management or inventory control, is preferred Join us as an Automotive Sales Professional and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences while advancing your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment!
