Base Pay + Leasing Bonuses + Growth Opportunities We are currently looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our Winchester team. What You'll Do Respond to rental inquiries through phone, text, email, and online leads Schedule and conduct property showings Help prospective residents through the leasing and application process Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates Maintain strong knowledge of available inventory and pricing Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts Utilize AppFolio and company technology systems to manage prospects and communication Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure homes are move-in ready Create social media and marketing content for available properties Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and team members Help uphold The Edge standard of customer service and communication What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Sales, leasing, customer service, or property management experience preferred Self-motivated and organized Comfortable with technology, texting platforms, and CRM systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Weekend availability as needed Positive attitude and team-first mentality Preferred Qualifications Leasing or property management experience Knowledge of AppFolio or similar property management software Social media marketing experience Experience working in multifamily housing Why Work With The Edge?
