Apartment Leasing Consultant at the beautiful Rosewood and Pecan Grove Apartments in Louisiana! Join our Top 10 National company of 30 years and let us help you succeed!

PAY :

$14-16 an hour plus commissions (Up to $100 per move-in-GREAT commission to be made with 300+ apartments!)

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

: M-F with some occasional Saturdays 8-5PM

LOCATION

Float between Pecan Grove and Rosewood Apartments (3 minutes apart)

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

Strong computer skills Experience in leasing/renting preferred Experience in Yardi property management software preferred Skilled problem solving Excellent communication skills An unmatched dedication to customer service The drive to learn and get better everyday
