Description:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you enjoy helping people find their perfect home and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and provide leasing information. Respond to phone and email inquiries in both English and Spanish. Process applications and prepare lease agreements. Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with leasing policies. Assist with resident retention and property marketing. Support the property manager with daily operations.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous leasing or sales experience preferred. Experience with Entrata is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. High school diploma or equivalent.
