Entry Level Leasing Agent

We are looking to add an entry level Leasing Agent to learn our property leasing strategies and develop into a Property Management role. Our goal is to grow this role into a vital part of our team, develop you professionally, and contribute towards our business growth. Prior experience is helpful but not necessary. All customer leads are provided, and this role does not require a real estate license to start, nor does it involve prospecting or canvassing for clients. You will respond and interact with inbound inquiries to our properties. Responsibilities Follow up and develop company provided leads and schedule property showings Communicate and answer inquiries via email, text, and in person Become proficient in office procedures and processes Assist in the overall on boarding of new properties, and tenants Skills Use verbal and written communication skills. Learn, and grow professionally Prior leasing experience a plus but not required. Current Louisiana Real Estate License a plus but not required

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
