Title:
Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager - New Orleans, LA Rampart Multi-Family Management a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for a Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager with the possible of hire. Duties include but not limited to: Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, irate resident, service request, etc. Greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community while communicating features and benefits Maintain a Leasing Portfolio, which includes community specific information complete with brochures and information Walk rented units prior to move-in to verify that unit is move-in ready Oversee correct completion of all lease applications, application verification and notification of prospective clients of results. Oversee miscellaneous client communication as needed Physically inspect or oversee physical inspection of community, pick up litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff. Inspects move-outs and vacancies as needed. Inventory office supplies on periodic basis. Oversee organization and filing of appropriate reports, leases and paperwork. Site Manager or Regional Property Manager Qualifications:
  • Must be available to work alternating Saturdays
  • High school education or equivalent is required At least 1 year of experience in property management leasing preferred Tax Credit experience Credit preferred HUD preferred Good leasing and closing skills Must have Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge Good organizational skills
