Job Description
Established Title Company located in Baton Rouge is currently seeking a real estate closing assistant/pre-closer to aid the closing specialists and escrow agents in the company. Real estate experience is preferred. Duties to include data entry, document review and preparation, commitments, CPLs, ordering payoffs and HOA statements, calendaring, shipping, scanning, and continuous phone and email correspondence with buyers, sellers, lenders and realtors. The position requires a detail oriented, dependable, personable, and organized employee who can collaborate and work well with others on the team.
