We're building a small support team and looking for a licensed real estate agent who is brand new to the industry — or newly licensed and not yet actively selling — to join us as a showing assistant on a contract basis. This is not a traditional salaried position. Think of it as a structured mentorship + paid contract opportunity designed specifically for agents who want real transaction experience, real guidance, and a foot in the door — without needing to generate their own leads right now.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct property showings on behalf of the lead agent for assigned buyer clients
• Attend home inspections as needed
• Attend closings as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients before and after showings
• Provide showing feedback and notes to the lead agent promptly
• Represent the MoveWithAlanna brand with professionalism at all times

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

• Up to 10 showings per client: mentorship-based (see below)
• Showings beyond 10 for the same client: additional rate discussed at interview
• Closing bonus: $250
• 300 paid at closing per closed transaction
• New Orleans metro travel: additional compensation provided

MENTORSHIP

In exchange for your support, you'll receive direct, ongoing mentorship from a licensed agent with years of property management and real estate experience. You'll get honest answers to your real estate questions, guidance on building your own pipeline, help understanding contracts and transactions from the inside, and a reference from an active agent when you're ready to launch your own business. This role is ideal if you're new, have another source of income, and want to learn the business from the inside — so when you're ready to go full-time, you're not starting from zero.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed real estate agent in Louisiana (or currently completing licensing requirements)
• Brand new to selling or not actively pursuing your own deals right now
• Has another source of income and genuinely flexible availability (evenings and weekends included)
• Reliable, responsive, and able to meet showing deadlines on short notice
• Professional communicator — with clients, not just with us
• Based in the Baton Rouge metro area; willingness to travel to New Orleans area is a plus
• Also open to: licensed agents who enjoy being involved in real estate but are not actively selling
