Experienced Apartment Leasing Specialist

THE JOB The Leasing Consultant position is full time Monday through Friday. The Leasing Consultant acts as a company representative by conveying value and benefits of our community to prospective and current residents. Through exceptional customer service, sales and marketing, the LC will promptly respond to prospective resident inquires, follow up on all leads, lease apartments to prospective residents, assisting them to ensure applications are complete, and provide positive resident relations. Typical duties also include preparation of leases, working with our make-ready team to provide a move in ready apartment, as well as marketing duties such as posting ads online, conducting market surveys; assisting in various marketing strategies, social media and additional duties as assigned by Supervisor. Must be able to walk up and down stairs (year-round) in an outside environment to give guided tours of the community and available apartments.

Prior leasing experience required. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or the service industry is helpful. Must be have the ability to learn the property management industry, effectively and

are required as well as reliable transportation.
