Legal Assistant Greater Boston, MA Full-Time | Direct Hire |
Hybrid Pay:
$85-90K We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Greater Boston seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support its growing Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, families, and financial advisors while supporting sophisticated estate planning and trust administration matters. Key Responsibilities Manage attorney calendars, client consultations, estate plan signings, and probate deadlines Prepare, proofread, and maintain estate planning documents, correspondence, and client files Support estate plan execution, including document preparation, witnessing, and distribution of finalized documents Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, family members, advisors, and other professionals Assist with billing, expense reporting, mail coordination, and general administrative support Maintain organized electronic files and document management systems Qualifications 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm environment Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, or Trusts & Estates experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as NetDocuments Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a Word document resume to Natalie at Nsykes@naglergroup.com for immediate consideration!
