REQUIREMENTS

You must be licensed or currently enrolled in a real estate licensing course. You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. You must have a reliable phone and phone service. This is a commission-only position. This is NOT a part time or side position . Full commitment is required to be succesful. However, each agent is individually nurtured to success. We make sure you have money coming in and the tools to earn consistently—whether that means lead support, direct access to active listings, or the resources you need to stay active and productive from day one.
