Known for its market sophistication and deeply rooted client relationships, the firm advises businesses, investors, developers, and closely held companies across complex corporate and real estate matters throughout the region. ???? Why This Role Stands Out Strong and growing pipeline of transactional work Blend of corporate + real estate deal exposure Direct work on acquisitions, financing, and facility-related transactions Lean team structure ? real ownership and visibility early Established regional platform with deep client loyalty ?? The Role Asset acquisitions and stock transactions Traditional M&A matters Real estate transactional support tied to acquisitions and financing Commercial agreements and transactional structuring ????
