Claremont is growing and we're looking to add a Leasing Consultant to our team at our new property Delano to support our residential location in South Dartmouth. This role is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and we would love to add you to our team! Claremont Companies is headquartered in Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development, and asset management firm. Today, Claremont owns more than 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Leasing Consultant will create a personalized luxury experience for new tenants guiding them through the leasing process with ease. You will build strong, lasting relationships with existing tenants, ensuring they receive exceptional tailored service. Additionally, you will keep our social media vibrant and engaging and assist in organizing residential events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meeting with prospective tenants, taking them on tours of the units they are interested in and highlighting the benefits of the units and property. Assists with creating and setting up resident's events. Creating and maintain social media presents. Preparing and executing lease documents according to property standards and regulations. Conducting credit and background checks to qualify potential tenants. Confirming information and references provided by potential tenants on the application. Collecting application fees and security deposits from potential tenants and monthly rental payments from existing tenants. Negotiating lease renewals, including communicating changes in prices or terms. Coordinating any necessary property maintenance and resolving tenant complaints. Informing residents of any changes to their rental agreement or upcoming events or issues associated with the property. Creating marketing and promotional materials to advertise vacant units on the property. Monitor the use of community facilities and common areas, including the office, pool, laundry, mail, and fitness centers.

REQUIREMENTS

1 + Years of leasing or other relevant sales experience Exceptional Customer Service Yardi software experience desired but not required
