Responsibilities Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process by providing expert guidance and support Lead generating for new leads. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring fair housing regulations are followed and all parties are satisfied Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and preparing legal documents in accordance with real estate law Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes Stay informed about local market trends, property management best practices, and relevant legal updates to provide accurate advice Requirements Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively Excellent marketing abilities to attract and engage prospective clients through creative campaigns Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure compliant transactions Exceptional communication skills for clear negotiations and client interactions Experience in property management or real estate administration is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple listings and client files efficiently Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners This role offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm meets professional growth.
