Job Description

Curley Law Firm LLP is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm serving individuals and families throughout Massachusetts. Our practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, MassHealth planning, probate and trust administration, and special needs planning. We are seeking an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant who is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with clients in a collaborative small-firm environment. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, Zoom, and in person Assist attorneys with estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law matters, MassHealth applications, deeds, and guardianship/conservatorship matters Prepare and organize legal documents and client files Manage case-related administrative tasks and deadlines Coordinate document execution and notarization Perform general office support functions including scanning, mailing, and file management Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to move matters efficiently toward completion Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working in a law office preferred Estate planning or elder law experience strongly preferred Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Professional, patient, and compassionate demeanor with clients Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Experience with Clio and/or WealthCounsel is a plus
