In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and current residents, managing leasing processes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community while developing your skills in property leasing, legal administration, and tenant relations. Responsibilities Manage the full leasing cycle, from vailable units to signing lease agreements, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards such as landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Coordinate to facilitate move-ins, move-outs. Handle inquiries via phone and email with professional etiquette, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly Manage conflict resolution between tenants using effective conflict management techniques while maintaining positive relationships Rent Calculations including initial and interim, reconcile, and calculate past due rent amounts Assist with leasing duties, pull lists and organize the CHAMP waitlists and monitor open apartments for CHAMP pull lists. Assist with the tenant selection process and waiting list on CHAMP Manage re-certifications and initial certifications of leased housing clients Audit files to ensure regulatory compliance Additional projects as necessary for the development Skills Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities
Pay:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
