Company Overview A Neumann & Associates, LLC is a professional East-Coast mergers & acquisitions advisory and business brokerage firm headquartered in New Jersey that has assisted business owners and buyers in the business valuation and business transfer process nationwide for the past 20+ years. The firm has grown to become the leading Middle Market Merger & Acquisition firm serving all states from Maine to Florida. With an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating for 20+ years, over 5,000 business valuations and hundreds of deals closed, the company maintains its corporate offices in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. Summary Of Position Within the course of our business, business sellers at times desire to sell the underlying real estate for the location of their business. Therefore, we currently hold real estate licenses - by way of our associated entities ANA Commercial Real Estate, LLC (NJ), and ANA Commercial Real Estate Tristate, LLC (PA) - in nine different states. Please refer to our website. We are looking for 5 regional real estate broker (or broker-salespeople) professionals who can handle our branch offices in the Northeast (NH, MA, RI), NYC Metro (NY, NJ, PA), Mid-Atlantic (DE, MD, VA) Southeast (NC, SC, GA) and FL region. We understand that qualified individuals may not hold licenses in all states of any given region yet at this time, but they need to be willing to obtain the additional state license within a reasonable time. We will also entertain one broker to handle multiple regions. There is minimal work involved on the Broker's end, Broker will continue to work out of her/his current office pursuing her/his current daily business, no marketing expenses or MLS entries required, limited interaction with our professionals needed, it's a low volume business, but income for closed commercial deals can be substantial for a broker. A full understanding of the real estate regulatory environment in each state is expected to protect our operations accordingly. The broker needs to annually maintain our licenses and her/his respective personal broker license in each state. A staff of highly qualified, well trained licensed real estate professionals and professional E&O and liability insurance in place, the legal exposure for any broker is minimal (whereas we have never been a defendant in 25 years, regardless). We will compensate a Broker for (i) maintaining our state real estate licenses with a semi-annual fixed payment amount, (ii) out of pocket expenses for such licenses, and (iii) an attractive commission for closed commercial real estate deals.
