2 years of previous leasing and/or administrative experience. Previous sales experience.
Type:
Full-time;
Contract Schedule:
Monday - Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and over the phone. Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities. Manage leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects. Process applications and support lease documentation. Maintain accurate records using property management software (Entrata). Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Support day-to-day administrative and leasing office tasks.
Position Requirements:
Previous CRM and Yardi experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
