Who We're Seeking Newly licensed or soon-to-be licensed in Maryland Strong work ethic paired with a willingness to learn Excellent communicator who enjoys assisting others Ambitious and proactive, eager to grow rapidly and take daily initiative Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs and preferences Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals Stay updated on local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices Collaborate with the Live Frederick Group team to achieve sales targets and professional growth Qualifications Valid real estate license in the state of Maryland Recently licensed or within the first year of obtaining real estate license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices Proficient with technology, including MLS systems and real estate software Willingness to attend training sessions and company meetings Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional ethics About-our-team We are the Live Frederick Group of Keller Williams Realty Centre powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
