What You'll Do Tour prospective residents through our apartment community Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Convert prospects into new residents Process rental applications and lease paperwork Assist with lease renewals and resident retention Build relationships with current and prospective residents Participate in outreach and local marketing efforts Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through move-in What We're Looking For Bilingual (required) Previous leasing experience preferred Sales or customer service experience considered Strong closing and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM/property management software Schedule Full-time One weekend per month required Compensation Hourly pay Competitive commission opportunities Unlimited earning potential for top performers Why Join Our Team?
