A&G Management Co., Inc., recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in the Baltimore Area, is seeking a dependable and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role represents our communities, helps prospective residents find their new home, and ensures current residents feel welcomed and supported. The ideal candidate is highly customer service oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position involves regular interaction with prospects and residents and requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Leasing Open and close the office, model, and show units daily Maintain office and property presentation standards Respond to calls and emails multiple times per day Deliver excellent customer service to prospects and residents Answer and route calls; provide detailed messages for follow-up Respond to online leads within 24 hours and send thank-you cards Schedule prospect appointments Demonstrate full knowledge of leasing procedures and resident retention Greet, qualify, and assess prospect needs; complete and enter guest cards in Entrata Conduct tours and explain community features and benefits Process applications and credit checks for manager review Maintain prospect folders and submit weekly reports Accept and follow up on service requests as needed File correspondence and service tickets after manager review Enter third-party insurance information when applicable Inspections Regularly inspect community grounds and facilities to ensure company standards Inspect show units and submit any needed service tickets Report parking violations Marketing Conduct weekly market surveys when requested Shop competitors and maintain awareness of local market conditions Develop marketing ideas to attract new prospects General Complete assigned tasks from supervisor or management team Complete required Grow courses Assist with resident events on weekends when needed Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and able to work independently Weekend availability required Ability to learn and use property management software (Entrata experience is a plus) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable conducting property tours and interacting with residents and prospects Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws or willingness to learn Reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed
