What You'll Do:
As a Leasing Consultant , you will be the welcoming face of our community! Your role is to help prospective residents feel at home — from their first inquiry to the moment they sign their lease.You'll:
- Greet and engage warmly with prospective residents — in person, over the phone, and online.
- Guide tours and highlight what makes our community special.
- Create a friendly and informative experience that turns interest into signed leases.
- Review, process, and help verify lease applications.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare related documents.
- Support social media presence and marketing efforts to promote our community.
- Share creative ideas to enhance resident experiences and community visibility.
- Partner with Maintenance and Management to ensure units are ready and service needs are addressed promptly.
