The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Recertification Specialist to turn strong tours into signed leases. Pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. STOP —

unless you meet ALL required qualifications: Recertification experience Leased Tax Credit and or Section 8 properties 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices Valid government-issued ID Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours What you'll do Greet and tour prospective residents; follow up to drive move-ins Communicate the value and living experience of the community Secure lease agreements and assist with application/screening steps Track leads, manage leasing pipeline, and maintain strong prospect communication Support renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating renewal process Assist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed Preferred (not required) Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.) Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
