This position involves showcasing properties, managing leasing processes, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective and current tenants. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring compliance with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize Yardi software for data entry and management of leasing information. Understand and communicate lease terms and conditions effectively to close deals. Address any tenant inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems; experience with Yardi is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage conflict effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
