Job Description
An established property management company seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at our premier apartment community in Farmington Hills. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who shares our commitment to exceptional customer service, professionalism, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lease apartment homes to prospective residents and conduct property tours Process rental applications and assist applicants throughout the leasing process Prepare lease agreements and facilitate lease signings Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational responsibilities Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and standard office software Experience with AppFolio property management software is a plus Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred Position Details Full-time position Saturday hours required Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Discounted Apartment Home Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
