$15.00 per hour Job description: Estate Sale Associate Aaron's Estate Sales | Southeast Michigan and Ann Arbor | Part-Time, Full Time, Seasonal | $15/hour | On-Call / As-Needed | Reliable transportation required Join our crew - help families through big transitions. Aaron's Estate Sales is hiring Estate Sale Associates to join our team during our busy season (April through January). We run on-site estate sales in family homes throughout all of southeast Michigan and Ann Arbor , so you'll be traveling to a different location most weeks. Associates handle the full setup of each sale, sorting, staging, and pricing through the week, and then work the sales floor when the sale runs. You'll work alongside a manager and a small team. If you like working with your hands, enjoy the hunt of antiques and household goods, and want flexible, interesting work that's never the same two weeks in a row, we'd love to meet you. This role is on-call and as-needed, with hours typically ranging from 10 to 45 per week depending on the size and pace of each sale. Setup days are Monday through Thursday and sales run Thursday through Sunday . What you'll do Handle the full setup of each sale: sort, organize, and stage merchandise throughout a home, from kitchens to attics Tag and price items under the manager's direction Work the sales floor Thursday through

Sunday:

greet customers, answer questions, ring up purchases, pack items Handle cash and card transactions accurately Carry and load purchased furniture and large items out to customers' vehicles What we're looking for Reliable, friendly, and ready to work hard Very reliable transportation. You must be able to get yourself to job sites anywhere across southeast Michigan and Ann Arbor on time, every time. Sale days do not wait. Physically active and durable. You'll be on your feet most of the day, lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs, and going up and down stairs in homes with multiple floors Tech-savvy with your smartphone, comfortable using mobile apps for photos, inventory, and communication Comfortable interacting with the public for long stretches Available on-call for setup days (Monday through Thursday) and sale days (Thursday through Sunday) throughout our busy season, April through Christmas Physical demands This is genuinely physical work.

Expect to:

Be on your feet 6 to 8+ hours per day Climb stairs throughout the day Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; team-lift heavier items with crew Bend, kneel, and reach across every room of a home Stay friendly and engaged with shoppers while doing all of the above Schedule Setup days: Monday through Thursday Sale days: Thursday through
