Job Description

Come join our team at The PADDOCK, one of Kalamazoo's best student housing communities! As a community leasing specialist you will assist in interacting with residents and prospects and offering the highest degree of customer service.
The ideal candidate will:
  • have previous leasing experience in student housing
  • have prior experience in customer service
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • enthusiasm for leasing apartments!
This is a part time position, reporting directly to the Leasing Manager Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, have a valid drivers license. Discounted housing available on site Health insurance, paid time off, vacation pay, bonuses, and leasing commissions are part of the benefit package. Look forward to hearing from you!
