The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of property leasing, real estate administration, and facilities management. Schedule 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday 9-6pm and rotating Saturday's 10-4pm. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to potential renters. Manage the application process, including data entry and verification of applicant information. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property leasing. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and follow up with leads to maximize occupancy rates. Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Experience Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value of properties to potential tenants. Proficiency in data entry and management systems. Knowledge of facilities management practices is beneficial. A solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance.
