• Job Overview
• We are seeking a part time or full time Title Closing Agent to join our team to work between our Menominee, MI and Oconto, WI offices. The ideal candidate we're looking for is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, loves customer interaction, has a strong attention to detail, and strives for accuracy.
• Part time doesn't offer benefits, but has a flexible schedule.
• Full time does offer benefits.
• Duties
• Professional communication and collaboration with customers/realtors/lenders/legal professionals to obtain all information needed to facilitate and schedule closings.

Review and understand real estate contracts, title insurance commitments, and loan closing instructions. Prepare closing statements and documents needed for closing. Coordinate and facilitate real estate closings. Travel to buyer/seller/lenders/realtors/legal professionals to facilitate closings, when needed. Process necessary documents and filings, post-closing. Assist customers in clearing and/or satisfying title requirements or issues in transactions. Assist in basic office needs; answering phone calls, greeting customers/clients, helping in areas needed. Provide excellent customer service skills to build relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self motivated and able to work independently The ability to multitask and assist in other roles Knowledge of title insurance, real estate, or lending is a plus
