Job Description:
Top Shelf Painting & Improvement Specialists is actively hiring an experienced in-home sales representative with a strong background in residential painting or home improvement sales. This role is designed for a proven closer who can run appointments, build rapport, and consistently close deals. We are looking to hire immediately and need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training . ⚠ Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These): Prior experience in interior/exterior residential sales Previous role with a painting or home improvement company Proven closing ability / strong close rate Reliable, professional vehicle (required for appointments) Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
Responsibilities:
Run pre-set and self-generated sales appointments Conduct in-home estimates and present proposals Build trust with homeowners and close deals on the spot Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline Represent the company professionally at all times
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-only pay structure (no cap on earnings) Average earnings: $75K•165K+ annually Gas reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement High-quality leads provided
