Leasing Consultants act as the community's sales representative by greeting clients, presenting the features and benefits of their community, and properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons.

BASE PAY

$1900-$3000 per month +

COMMISSION:

$150 per closed lease transaction (average is currently 10 per month but opportunity for more)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Greeting, qualifying, touring, and closing prospects  Must be comfortable traveling and showing in the Detroit and the Metro Detroit area.  Scheduling and arranging showings for multiple individual properties and/or units.  Take good marketing photos of the property, and post them online. Good with computer.  Reviewing applications and closing out lease transactions.  Needs to be hardworking, an independent thinker, and enjoys working with people.  Handle high stress situations effectively.

Qualifications:

 A valid MI real estate license.  A valid driver's license.  A reliable vehicle to drive during work hours.  In person working Monday-Friday, some showings may be Saturday.  Based in Troy, MI 48083: Reliably be able to commute from Troy to showings throughout
