What You'll Do Work qualified business funding leads daily — not cold data, real prospects with real funding needs Build relationships with business owners, understand their operations, and identify the right funding solution Collect financials and applications to move deals into underwriting Manage your pipeline from first contact to funded deal Hit and exceed a $200K/month funded target What We're Looking For A proven closer or a relentless beginner — either way, you need to be hungry Prior sales experience is highly preferred; mortgage brokering, B2B sales, or financial services background is a strong advantage Excellent phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly Self-discipline and accountability — nobody is going to micromanage you, and that should excite you, not scare you Must work on-site from our West Bloomfield Township office full-time What You Get Very competitive commission structure with zero cap on earnings Qualified lead flow so you're spending your time closing, not hunting A full product suite — MCA, SBA, term loans, LOCs, equipment financing — so you never have to turn a deal away Hands-on training and deal support from day one Ground-floor opportunity at a growing brokerage with real room to move up This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
