Leasing Consultant Connelly on Eleven |
Burnsville, MN Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday | 9:00AM

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Connelly on Eleven. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves celebrating every "I found my new home!" moment, we'd love to meet you.

Starting Pay:
$18.00
  • 19.
50/hour plus monthly leasing commissions and quarterly renewal bonuses. Your actual starting pay will be based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Assessment Requirement:
As part of our hiring process, all applicants are required to complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment after submitting their application. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community
  • creating memorable first impressions and helping residents feel at home from their very first tour.
Your day might include:
Welcoming prospective residents and providing personalized community tours Managing leads and guiding prospects through the leasing process Achieving leasing goals while delivering exceptional customer experience Assisting new residents from application through move-in day Building lasting relationships that encourage lease renewals and resident satisfaction Planning and supporting resident events and community engagement activities Creating marketing content, supporting social media, and participating in local outreach efforts Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends Communicating with residents through phone, email, text, and resident portals Maintaining accurate leasing records and office documentation Collaborating with maintenance, management, and support teams to deliver outstanding services Assisting with daily office operations This role is approximately: 40% Sales and Marketing, 40% Customer Service, 20% Administrative Support What Makes YOU a

Education & Experience Required:
High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some local travel may be required.
Preferred:
Previous sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience. Experience with property management software. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with arms and hands. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
