  • $17 an hour 5 days ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Resident conversation engagement Sales Customer service Customer engagement Resident rapport building Desktop applications Organizational skills Leadership Property management Full Job Description Just Off Main located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, is a rental townhome community seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for providing current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease townhomes.
The position reports to the Regional Property Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
  • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
  • Must be an organized self-starter
  • Must be professional in appearance and demeanor Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants and current residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist in property management tasks, including leasing units and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Utilize property management software for data entry and record-keeping. Conduct property tours, negotiate lease agreements, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Schedule:
Part Time 18-25 hours per week. Fixed hours are Thursday and Friday 10AM-5PM and Saturdays 10AM-2
PM Compensation:
