Description Our property management company based in Minneapolis, seeks a Leasing Consultant for luxury high-rise apartment complexes in the Minneapolis area. About Us Our privately held firm has been in the property management and real estate acquisition and development industry for over 40 years. This long-term focus has allowed us to establish our well-respected place in the community. We take great pride in the Class A properties we own and manage and strive to be a front-runner in our industry. Our experienced management staff handles the day-to-day challenges promptly and with proficiency and responds to market demands efficiently. Being a streamlined organization, we are flexible and resourceful in our approach to managing properties. Duties Two years of college education are preferred. Two years of leasing or sales experience are highly preferred. A top candidate will have two or more years of experience in a luxury atmosphere. Be reliable, flexible and energetic. Be organized and self-motivated. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to negotiate and close lease agreements. Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi Voyager is preferred. Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge and experience with Section 42 Housing Be able to handle multiple tasks effectively. Be open to the possibility to cover at least one day of the weekend shift (taking a day off during the week to compensate for each worked day of the weekend shift). Position includes full benefits and great working environment. This position can be a very lucrative opportunity for someone who is driven. Base salary, and market leading commissions are offered as part of the compensation package.
