Compensation:
$115,000 - $205,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their options. Coordinate with our team to schedule showings that fit clients' needs and preferences. Provide timely feedback to clients and team members after each showing to enhance decision-making. Stay updated on local market trends to offer clients the most current insights and advice. Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor showings accordingly. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently. Knowledge of the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington real estate market requires a willingness to learn quickly. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a positive attitude. Experience in using digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline processes. Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and provide timely feedback to clients and team members.
