This full-time Estate Planning Client Services Assistant role supports a collaborative legal team focused on delivering seamless and high-quality client experience. This position works closely with the estate planning attorney and operations team to manage client intake, track active files, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the estate planning process. Monday to Friday, standard business hours with flexibility based on client meetings Work environment: Professional office settingCompensation:
$24/hr. To $34/hr.THE RIGHT STAFF

Support client intake process following initial attorney consultations Collect, review, and accurately document client information within CRM systems Manage 8-12+ active client files, ensuring progress and timely completion Conduct consistent follow-up with current clients to gather required documentation and keep files moving Maintain detailed and accurate client records in systems such as Salesforce and DocuSign Follow up with prospective clients to support engagement and conversion Compile and deliver weekly activity reports and track client progress Prioritize tasks and workflows based on timelines and client needs Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure efficient case progression Provide professional, responsive communication to clients via phone, email, and in person Support process improvements while adhering to established workflowsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in a client-facing administrative, legal, or professional services role Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client files simultaneously Comfortable learning and navigating systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, or similar tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and accuracy Coachable mindset with willingness to learn and follow established processesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in estate planning, legal services, or financial services Previous experience working with CRM systems and document management tools Exposure to process-driven environments with high client volumeAPPLY NOW!
