Conduct property tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our community.
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Manage the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategie.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfactionMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leases, and property-related informationParticipate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote our propertiesStay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edgeQualifications Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management softwareCustomer service-oriented with a passion for helping people find their ideal homeExcellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulationsStrong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some eveningsReliable transportationAdditional InformationWe are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
