The ideal candidate will have experience generating & tracking social media presence & inbound leads, gaining followers, managing posts, and optimizing AEO. Additionally, experience in designing and creating print & online marketing campaigns for our team's listings, new construction projects, events, etc., would be ideal. This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, highlight our current, future, and past sales volume in creative ways, and oversee and administer our company's social media marketing and advertising. We are looking for approx 10-20 hrs per week, given the team's current workload and need. This position can be done from home, but will require one in-person meeting per week at our St. Paul office. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, in which we will encourage their creativity and experience to guide our marketing and social media projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated. We look to add to our team to further expand our reach, support clients through top-notch marketing, and expand our presence.
Compensation:
$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required. Experience in managing social media platforms with a focus on engagement and growth. Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and in print. Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to adjust strategies for optimal performance. Strong skills in graphic design and content creation for diverse marketing materials. Experience in maintaining and updating websites, ensuring content is fresh and relevant. Ability to organize and promote events, enhancing community engagement and brand visibility. Excellent communication skills to ensure brand messages are clear, concise, and consistent across all channels. Team player, willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment with multiple needs.
