Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Escrow Title Closer to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the final stages of real estate transactions by preparing and coordinating all necessary documentation to ensure smooth closings. Your expertise in real estate law, research, and title processing will be essential in delivering accurate and timely closings that meet client expectations. If you're passionate about customer service and have a strong background in law office procedures and GIS technology, this is your opportunity to contribute to a trusted leader in the industry. Duties Review and interpret real estate legal documents, including titles, deeds, and escrow instructions Conduct thorough research on property titles using GIS systems and other resources to verify ownership and liens Coordinate with lenders, agents, attorneys, and clients to facilitate seamless closings Prepare and review closing disclosures, settlement statements, and other transaction documents Ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to real estate transactions and title processing Manage escrow accounts accurately while maintaining detailed records of all transactions Facilitate communication between all parties involved to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience working within a law office or title company environment specializing in real estate law Strong research skills with the ability to analyze property records efficiently Familiarity with title processing procedures and escrow management practices Proficiency with GIS technology or similar geographic information systems used for property verification Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and clear communication abilities Knowledge of law office operations related to real estate transactions is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Join us at The Title Team where your expertise will help us continue delivering top-tier service in every market we serve!
