Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients Proven track record in sales or a demonstrated high-performance mindset Coachable, driven, and comfortable following structured processes Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, quoting tools) Ability to work full-time onsite in Blue Springs, MO Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term growth Responsibilities Engage inbound and outbound leads using a professional, consultative approach Gather client and household information to prepare accurate insurance quotes Educate customers on coverage options and recommended protection strategies Follow our structured sales process to ensure a consistent client experience Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and follow-up activities Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Meet monthly sales and activity expectations Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
