What We Offer Competitive Pay:

Greenway Chase Apartments 629 Greenway Manor Dr Florissant, MO 63031 314-455-3787 www.greenwaychase.com What You'll Do as a Leasing Consultant Welcome and assist prospective residents while showcasing the community and available apartments Keep model and target apartments clean, staged, and ready for tours Complete and report market surveys to track competition Manage leasing paperwork, applications, and lease agreements accurately Promote the community through marketing efforts such as online listings and social media Assist with resident relations and community events to improve retention What We're Looking For Previous leasing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to complete online training courses Availability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month Ready to Take the Next Step?
