Responsibilities Assist clients by providing property information, scheduling viewings, and answering questions to ensure a smooth buying or selling experience Conduct market research to stay informed about current property trends, pricing strategies, and neighborhood developments Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, managing online listings, and engaging with potential buyers through various channels Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents in compliance with real estate laws and regulations Coordinate with team members on property showings, open houses, and client meetings to deliver exceptional customer service Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations to ensure all client interactions are fair, respectful, and compliant with legal standards Develop strong communication skills by negotiating offers, explaining contracts, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process Telephone work with outbound and inbound calls prospecting. Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly in multiple languages (multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus) Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently. Ability to create your own opportunities of success. Willingness to learn new information and take advantage of the opportunity. Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism, patience, and a proactive attitude Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies to advocate effectively for clients Familiarity with marketing concepts and social media platforms for promoting properties effectively Understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance during transactions Previous administrative or property management experience is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to get licensed as a Realtor and pass background checks.
