Compensation:

$52,000•$90,000

Responsibilities:

Facilitate title search and prepare title abstract and title opinion Analyze liens, plat books, contracts, agreements, surveys, maps, public records, and leases to verify ownership, legal description, and restrictions Verify there are no real estate title defects or title issues such as liens, wills, claims, deeds, mortgages, or fraud once property search is complete Work effectively throughout the closing process with a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, settlement agents, title insurance agents, law firms, escrow officers, closing agents, paralegals, and escrow companies Ensure all legal documents at the county and federal level have been recorded and present deed to new owners

Qualifications:
