Job Description
Audrain County Title, LLC, has recently changed ownership and has one full-time position to be filled immediately. Applicants must be able to pass a background check, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and be able to obtain their notary and producer's insurance license through the Missouri Department of Insurance. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, operation of standard office equipment, telephones and customer service experience are preferred, however, we are willing to train the right applicant for a long-term career opportunity. After training and licensure, the position could include some potential for advancement. Audrain County Title, LLC, is a growing business in the Title Insurance Industry. Here, you will work directly with others to research the history of real estate within our Counties. We work alongside real estate agents, lenders, property surveyors, county recorders, assessors, tax collectors, court offices, our clients and their families to ensure proper transfer of real estate. This position is part of a fast-paced environment and requires typing skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work as a team, willingness to learn, a positive attitude and ability to work with customers and business affiliates. Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and examine public records to verify property ownership.
- Prepare title commitments, policies, and endorsements accurately.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate smooth closings.
- Review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
- Utilize premium skills such as underwriting and loan origination to support the title process.
- Confidentiality is a must as much of what we do is not public record.
