Service Advisor Job Description This job is probably not for you. You see, it's not for people who create drama, know everything, or see work as a four-letter word and just want to punch a clock and collect a paycheck. Our busy auto repair shop is only for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy people, and love to be in control of their own destiny. It's only for those people who love to sell, love to serve, and love it when they are busy all day long. It's not for most people, but, for those few it may be unlike anywhere they've ever worked. Being a Service Advisor at Complete Auto Service Center is all about helping people make good decisions, even in a time of crisis. We have a reputation for excellence in auto repair and top-notch customer service. This is not the smelly, greasy garage your grandpa went to. We have a clean and professional facility and we expect our sales team to exemplify the highest standard in automotive service .
