Job Description

Overview Join a dynamic and energetic team as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, where your expertise will drive exciting property transactions and client success! In this role, you will be at the forefront of the commercial property market, helping clients buy, sell, lease, and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial spaces. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will empower you to build lasting relationships, negotiate favorable deals, and deliver outstanding service. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow in commercial real estate while working with a team that already generates and qualifies leads. Duties Assist with managing and converting incoming commercial real estate leads from CREXI into active clients Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and managing commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout every step of the transaction process Conduct property tours, market analyses, and site inspections to identify client needs and showcase available spaces effectively Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements Coordinate scheduling and client meetings as needed What We're Looking For Real estate license preferred, but not required Willing to learn and undergo training if not yet licensed Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus, but not required Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships Exceptional customer service skills to understand client needs and deliver personalized solutions Effective communication skills for clear negotiations, presentations, and client interactions Organizational skills for managing multiple listings, appointments, and client follow-ups efficiently Growth Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in commercial real estate with direct mentorship and hands-on experience. The selected candidate will work closely alongside leadership and have the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced real estate broker and leader involved in multiple Keller Williams market centers in Missouri. Candidates will gain exposure to real-world transactions, client management, lead conversion, and commercial real estate operations while building long-term industry experience.
